<p>There are two lifestyle changes that must by employed to combat this. I say lifestyle changes, because if we change for only a short amount of time, changing back to our old ways will only bring back the old problems. We must make change that we can keep for life. For weight issues, we need to adjust the food that we eat, and the physical activity that we do. In this article, I&#8217;ll be talking about the physical activity.</p>
<p>When people start a weight loss plan, they usually shoot for a lot. While this is generally a good way to set goals, it can be difficult for weight loss. If you shoot for too much, too soon, it&#8217;s easy to get discouraged. Many people find their willpower vanishes after only a couple of weeks of high intensity workouts on a daily basis.</p>
<p>The secret is to start slow. Imagine pushing a big, huge ball. It is really hard to get started, and slowly increases in speed, but once it gets going, it virtually goes on its own steam.
